Transport Damage

In the event of transport damage, please note the following points:

  • If the damage is already visible on the outside of the package, refuse acceptance or ensure that the goods are undamaged before accepting the package.
  • In any case, please contact our customer service directly and report the transport damage.
  • The case will then be clarified with the shipping partner, and you will receive a replacement delivery or a refund of the amount already paid.
  • If one or more items in your order show transport damage, we deeply regret this and strive for the quickest possible resolution.
